Intro to FP & Haskell 101

Come along to the next BFG meeting, this one is pitched more at a beginners level.

Brad Clow will be giving an introduction to functional programming, covering its history and some basic concepts.

Oliver Reeves will giving a short Haskell 101 session, covering a bit of GHCI, basic Haskell language syntax & a bit about laziness and purity.

Our new venue is the i.lab at Towoong, level 1 in the Data #3 building on Jephson St. The room has a capacity of about 30, there is some seating around the

Aim to arrive before 6pm, the external doors lock then. If you're late, call Tom on [masked] and we'll come let you in. Afterwards we can head out for a bite to eat and/or a beer.
